Refund policy

This policy explains when a refund is available. Please read it before you enrol. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

Self-paced online course

• Self-paced online courses are non-refundable. You get immediate access to the course materials when you enrol, so we cannot offer a refund once your purchase is complete.
• Our support continues until you pass, so if you do not pass first time, we will help you prepare for your next attempt.

In-person courses

• In-person courses are non-refundable, except where we cancel the course and it does not take place.
• If we cancel an in-person course, you can choose either a place on another date or a full refund of the course fee.

Instalments through Tamara

If you paid in instalments through Tamara and a refund is due, we will process the refund through Tamara. Any instalments already paid will be returned, and your remaining instalments will be cancelled in line with Tamara's terms.

The CISI exam fee

The exam fee is paid directly to the CISI and is not part of our course price, so we cannot refund it. Cancelling or moving an exam booking is managed by the CISI under its own rules.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Schools

Courses delivered through schools are covered by the school's agreement with us, including cancellations and resits.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
