This policy explains how TFEC Training FZ-LLC, trading as The Financial Education Company ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, enrol on a course, or contact us. We are a free zone company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), licence number 52000640, and we operate from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number, and the details you add to our enquiry and contact forms (for example your school, your role and your message).
- Enrolment and account details, such as your name, email address, your progress through the course and your quiz and mock exam results.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers, including Tamara for instalment plans. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Technical information, such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To give you access to the course and support you through it, including email support and live office hours.
- To reply to your enquiries and arrange calls with schools.
- To process payments and keep accurate financial records.
- To send you updates about your course and, where you have agreed, information about our other qualifications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
- To improve our website, course and services.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Students under 18
Many of our students are aged 15 to 18. Where a student is under 18, we expect a parent or guardian to make the purchase and to agree to this policy on the student's behalf. We only collect the information we need to deliver the course, and we never sell or share student data for marketing.
Who we share your information with
We only share your information with organisations that help us run our services, and only as much as they need. These include our learning platform (Kajabi), our payment providers (including Tamara), and our email and communication tools. When you book your exam, you give your details directly to the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), which handles them under its own privacy policy. We may also share information where the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of the providers we use store data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as you have access to the course and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can support you and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an enrolment are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.

Our website uses cookies to keep it working properly, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.
Keeping your information safe
We use trusted, secure providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
